1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to OLeLee ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing, accessing, or placing an order on www.olelee.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please do not use our services.

OLeLee operates under Trade License No. TRAD/DSCC/012948/2024 and Business Identification Number (BIN) 001294819-0101, registered under the laws of Bangladesh.

2. Handcrafted Artistry & Natural Variations

Every Nakshi Kantha, quilt, apparel, and heirloom keepsake featured on OLeLee is handmade by rural women artisans across Bangladesh. Because each piece is stitched individually:

• Subtle variations in stitch tension, thread dye shades, and motif dimensions are normal and celebrate authentic handmade artistry.
• We capture product imagery under calibrated studio lighting; however, color rendition may vary slightly across different smartphone or computer screens.
• These artisanal variations do not constitute product defects.

3. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

All prices on the Site are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT / Mushak-6.3) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Delivery fees are calculated and transparently disclosed at checkout based on delivery destination (Inside Dhaka vs. Outside Dhaka).

4. Order Placement & Telephonic Verification

Upon placing an order on our Site, you will receive an automated confirmation SMS and email with your unique order number. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer care team will perform a telephonic confirmation to verify delivery address details before dispatching the parcel.

5. Payment Methods & Security

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and local/international debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment aggregators (SSLCommerz). OLeLee does not store or process card numbers, PINs, or CVV codes on its servers.

6. Delivery, Exchange & Returns

Delivery timelines and return eligibility are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Customers enjoy a 7-day exchange and return window from the date of parcel receipt.

7. Intellectual Property & Cultural Heritage

All content on this Site—including our logo, imagery, artisan biographies, stitch illustrations, and descriptions—is the property of OLeLee and protected by Bangladesh copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, including the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021 and the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009. Any legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
