1. Delivery Coverage & Standard Shipping Rates
We ship to every corner of Bangladesh, from metropolitan Dhaka to remote upazila unions. Standard shipping rates and estimated transit times are outlined below:

2. Courier Logistics Partners
To guarantee punctual and insured delivery, OLeLee collaborates directly with licensed domestic couriers including Steadfast Courier, Pathao Courier, and RedX. Every consignment is assigned an official tracking code upon dispatch.
3. Real-Time Consignment Tracking
When your parcel leaves our central Banani hub:
- You will receive an automated SMS with the consignment tracking number and live tracking link.
- You can check real-time status anytime on our Order Tracking Page or within your Customer Account dashboard.
4. Doorstep Inspection Policy (Open Box Verification)
For peace of mind with Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you are entitled to inspect the external security seal and package contents in the presence of the courier delivery rider before signing the delivery slip. If any external tampering or severe damage is observed, you may reject the parcel immediately without paying return fees.
5. Artisanal & Weatherproof Packaging
Because our quilts, fabrics, and heirlooms are crafted from organic cotton and delicate silk threads, each product is wrapped in a breathable botanical cotton dust bag before being enclosed in a tamper-evident, waterproof security flyer to withstand humid and rainy weather conditions during transit.
