2. Return & Exchange Eligibility Criteria

To ensure fair treatment for our artisan community and hygiene standards for future customers, returned items must fulfill the following:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in pristine original condition.
• All original product tags, artisanal story cards, fabric dust bags, and packaging must remain attached.
• Customized, tailored, or monogrammed heirloom commissions cannot be returned unless manufacturing defects are present.

3. Transit Damage & Quality Guarantee

While every piece undergoes rigorous multi-point quality inspection before leaving our Banani studio, if your parcel arrives damaged in transit or exhibits sewing faults, we will arrange a free courier return pickup and provide an immediate replacement or 100% full refund with no return shipping fees charged to you.
